We are happy to be able to continue to provide dental care for you and your family. Life has been anything but normal since the start of Covid-19 and we sincerely hope you are in good health. While many things have changed since then, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety.
Our office has always followed strict infection control standards and in order to keep us all protected during this pandemic and in the future, we have updated our protocols. Some of those changes will include the following:
- You now have the option to wait in your vehicle or our newly renovated waiting room.
- We will ask you to use our hand sanitizer before entering.
- You are are no longer required to wear a mask while entering and exiting our clinic however it is not frowned upon if you choose to mask up.
- Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing between patients. This might mean less flexibility to schedule your appointment but it will also reduce the number of patients in the clinic and reception area at any one time.
- We are all wearing more protective gear such as different masks, face shields, hair nets and/or gowns.
Rest assured, all these procedures are designed to create the safest environment for you, other patients and our team. While you may see a lot of changes in the office and how we do things, we’re still the same friendly and caring staff.
